i get a website from????

    hi, sorry this is such a stupid question...

    i've opened my clickbank account, i haven't chosen what to promote yet as i don't have a website....where do i get a website from? can i get one for free or quite inexpensively or will it cost a lot? any particular recommendations???

    Is it better to use paid hosting if you can, or do you all find that you can do just as well with free blogs and websites?
