My advice:
The absolute best way to get a website either indexed or ranked higher is to get a link from a website that is frequently updated and make the link text the same as your website title. Any major forum wil do. My forum will work too.

If anybody wants this thread to have some value with good facts about SEO then it should be only posting and less commenting thread. Only the facts that are thought to be false should be commented
