Okay, another development. And I apologize for starting a new thread, but I feel that is fairly important. Doing more research, I happened upon another affiliate's order page. Now, instead of the page refreshing to NONE, as mentioned in my previous thread, it is now refreshing to MY ID! This is only happening with FireFox, and not with IE. And to be clear, this is not the same vendor. P.S. This aff is I-framing the product page. I'm not sure how relevant this may or may not be to this issue. Any thoughts? FIND ORIGINAL THREAD : HERE
So why did you start a new thread? I have no idea what you are talking about. This is why you generally make a new post in the existing thread....
I have a thought. If you want some answers, drop some URLs. It's very common here to post things like "how do I do this" or "what script is this" or "what is happening on this site", then you give the URL. No one can answer your questions as you are not sharing very good information. If you don't give URLS and there is not a problem you will not have any answer to your questions as Clickbank is probably not going to share the results of any investigations with you. Maybe you give us the URLS for these affiliates and you can get some answers, possibly find out nothing untoward is going on. There's a difference between accusing someone of a scam and trying to figure out what's going on. As you will not share the URLs and now have made two threads about these issues it's just annoying. If you want some answers, post the URLs. If not, send it to clickbank, and have a good night. Right now you are just creating suspicions and discomfort for people regarding clickbank specifically and affiliate marketing in general.
I have a thought. First of all, I believe I am being very clear with my information. I don't know what more I can say about what I'm seeing other than actually showing you screen footage. Please tell me what confuses you. Second of all, I don't want to drop URLS because it's possible that what's happening is not the vendor's fault, and by dropping URLS and creating EVEN MORE suspicion and/or bringing bad publicity to their product is unfair and irresponsible. I thought that SOMEONE might have some expertise in this area and or might be familiar with what may be happening Instead, what has happened is that two guys sitting in front of their computer's with a bit of pent up aggression/anti-noob sentiment have decided to respond with negative attitudes. If you don't want to see these posts, go to WickedFire. I'm sure they'll be happy to indulge your Alpha Male attitude. I'm not just going to drop URLS. I was trying to get GENERAL information regarding what might be going on here. I have sent this information to Clickbank, along with videos. And, sorry, suspicions and discomfort are part of progress.
Could this problem be from your end rather than the vendors ? Firstly, Have you tried using another computer/laptop and see if the same problem appears ?
Hi, Yes, I have. The same thing occurs. I appreciate your response, but let's leave it at this. I've notified CB. Good luck with your efforts.
