Alright, so I found this domain which is available and I checked adwords keyword tool and it said the Global Monthly Search Volume is 12k, the first result for the keyword(s) has 7 link backs some lower ranked domains have higher PR, but they don't contain the actual keyword(s) which my domain will contain and its a .COM no spaces. Keyword I chosen was a rearrange of the main keyword people might look for, but I switched it around for people who might type it a different way and google says it has a lot of visitors that would search for. SO.... Is it possible to hit first page on google? Since the exact keyword is the exact .com domain I'm going to buy?
It's a 50/50 could go either way, but if you market correctly and efficiently, there is a good possibility things could be lucrative.
