I found some interesting domain That still available but....

I found some interesting domain .com name that is still available. However, I also found out that the .org one has been taken. So I take a looked at the .org site and the .org owner says that .com are also owned by them. Is what he said was right?? even he didnt even bought the .com yet?? can I still owned .com name??

 

they might have let it expire. It really depends on the domain that you are looking at, as there could be a lot of trademark issues or not.

 

It could have recently expired like usa66 says.

 

You can own the .com domain if you can register them.

 

I suppose that you should contact domain name registrar you are going to reg your domain with and you will know if it is still available for registration.
