I found a script

    I found a script and tells me how to run it here,

    but I have no clue of what there talking about. I don't have a MySql user or pass and I don't know where to open web.config at and what site are they talkin about? I'm just lost here and i've been on this for days and not getting no where.

    I need step by step instructions.

    The scripts seems to handle a lot of information and to make sure that information does not get lost it is stored somewhere. This somewhere is called a database, in this case a MySQL database. I assume you have got web space, but do you also have got a database? If you're not sure, ask your host.
