I just put this site up recently to share a free lease form.

    http://www.thinwebs.net/Free-Rental-Lease/Free-Lease-Form.htm

I have been a landlord for over three years and I recently replaced my rental lease form with this one b/c it's much better than the one I have been using.

Landlords are everywhere and I be there's at least one or two on DP that could benefit from something in this lease...

Reputation points for anyone that comments on the lease after reviewing it.

I was curious to see the form, but I am not about to submit my info just to get an email with the form just to see if it is total crap or not.

Why not post the content so landlord would know what they are wasting their time downloading.

    Oh well.

yea, it takes so long eh? Sounds like some one is having a bad day... You must still be upset about blogtarget and blogrefresh. I was just trying to get a conversation started with some other landlords... Talk some shop, etc.. hope your friday turns around and you have a good weekend :D ... take care...

    Whatever.
Nice framed page you are passing off as your new lease you are sharing. Give us all a break.

It looks like total crap to me.

Not sure what my sale has to do with your post, but since you seem curious.
As for my domains, yeah, I don't even know why I list that stuff. I usually just keep what I want and give away the rest. I have sold all of 3 things on DP. two sites for $4100 and a domain this week for $15. I am not really patient enough to watch a domain sell for a few dollars, so I closed my auction.

Wow, I didn't realize that you had been granted the authority to speak for everyone on DP. As for your investigation skills, uh duh, yea, it's called an iframe and an affiliate landing page. I never said I wrote the lease, just that I started using it... I'm sure Mr. Landlord is hurt you don't like his lease... :( If I wanted to hide the referral page, you would never have known, I promise.

Oh, and I wanted to thank you. Your comments drove me quite a few curiousity signups and bought dinner tonight. By the three "thank you" pm's I received today, you are in the minority with your opinion. I do love it when someone will work for free creating traffic for me though. Thanks again.

All sarcasm aside, congrats on the sale for 4k. That's pretty good money for a website sale. Anymore on the auction block?
