PSD is not terribly helpful, I prefer them to be HTML/CSS is that an option?

prices high.. html templates never cost over 300$ about 30$ that much

Dont get fooled.. they are selling not unique anyway many might had already bought those

 

They seem very expensive for rather unexciting looking designs, it would be cheaper to subscribe to a template site, grab one and edit it to your tastes.

The only site i'll ever use is freecsstemplates.org. There all nice, stylish, web2.0 css templates that are also compatible with wordpress.

 

I guess its a spam and of course...that is not unique and they are very beginner level design..no way to purchase from there..lol.

 

For that kind of money and that kind of a no taste design, I would learn to code again.
