yes you are not the only one who dose this, i don't have a AC, just the usual fan, so in the summers i do this, and it helps me to get a good night sleep! cheers!

Same here mate , I even put off my T Shirt sometimes. Its really hot in my country with loads of load shading.

 

I'm a flipper too, I also shuffle around the bed to find a cold spot on the sheets ^.^
