I just said maybe so I'm not 100% sure about that.

I never said that you said anything about controlling the quality of English, I was merely handing out a suggestion.

I think that it is really up to the moderators to decide which is which, and I think that they are doing everything they can to address this issue (if this is really an issue at all.)

Yeah I've noticed some pretty bad English here too... sometimes I wonder if they translated it from some translator and then just pasted it here to try to communicate. lol.
