I find a website that encourage people to click on their adsense, any way to stop it?

there will be blackhat method for every single thing in da world.. you will just have to ignore it..peopl even hacked pentagon lol.... how do u think all these new virus for computer comes everyday? its big ani-virus company who pays the hacker to hack and also to create different virus so they can sell their prodcuts.. this whole online thing is a loop.. and also about adsense and adwords and all marketiing.. every company has budget for marketting. even the clik may be fraud but, atleast some one visitng their site which will eventually makes that site go higher if trafic keeps on increasing on that site...instead of reporing to google about other site try uild your own site good.. grow up! dont be like kid and coplaing all time about others...
