I live in Europe and my currency is Euros.

Would you recommend I pay adwords in dollars (1 Euro = 1.47 U.S. dollars) instead of euros or are the keyword prices automatically changed by google so it would make no difference?

It depends how you earn your commissions. If you earn commissions in Euros than it's defiantely better to pay Adwords with U.S dollard. Altough Adwords adjust your keyword cost automatically, you will earn from the Euro/U.S exchange rates. Doesn't really matter if you make small amounts, but when you reach a considerable income than the small numbers suddenly add up. (the big numbers rule...)

No doubt it does take time to build an income with CJ, but it is easy if you are willing to wait. The other cool thing is it will snowball on you.

You need to be careful with PPC...it takes some time to learn how to do it without losing money.

    Congrats

    Thanks gammonempire.

I get paid (or will get paid ) in dollars. From what you say it does make sense for me to look into offers that pay in GBP, as GBP> Eur.

Should be easy but I always get mixed up with the exchange rates thing.

    Btw, CONGRATULATIONS.

I'm on the same path you undertook 2 months ago. Full throttle.

It's great to see others have success, thanks for sharing.

Not on a daily basis but what i look at is the month's total and my daily average is around the 100 GBP so that's what's important. doesn't matter what you'll do, you'll have slow days and fast days. just like any other business. what's important is that at the end of the month you'll make more than you spend.:) (make sense eh?.)

Here are my earnings so far in November. as you can see my daily average is around 100 GBP.

Wow gratz - I want so much to make a start with this but I still think I haven't grasped the idea of what a good conversion and good niche site looks like :(.

When you said you don't use banners and to not pay attention to CPM and CTR what do you mean ? How else do you re-direct your visitors to the certain product?

Oh and do you use more pay per lead programs or sales programs ?

    Thanks for the inspiration :).

I hardly use any banners as I think their conversion is lousy and give the site a "cheap" look. That is why CPM is not relevant in my case. Clicks generated from CJ's links do not show impressions, only clicks.

I redirect visitors by quality, highly targeted content with a call to action sentences combined with my affiliate links. I think it is very important to redirect visitors directly to the "buy page" of the product they're looking for instead of the homepage. that increases conversion significantly.

I use both PPL and CPA program. most of my income comes from CPA. I use PPL programs to pay my PPC campaign cost so all the rest is clean profit.

PPL are easier to convert for me, but in my case CPA programs bring in the main income.
