    Well, it's actually über simple but I think the ads make a perfect blend into the content and menu.

    Really not bad - I especially like the brighter blue of the ads links, it attracts the eye... How are you doing, in terms of CTR?

    I think it's against TOS to give such details but it's just the average for now.

    I don't think it's against the TOS to talk about your average CTR - what I think you cannot do is disclose specific details about your earnings.
    But this is all IMVHO...
