People will always fall for this. They want everything for nothing. Why would you buy hosting from someone who will just disapear on you? I don't know. who is protection just makes it that much easier for them to get away. PayPal does not protect digital goods. If you purchase hosting, you can not do a dispute and win (according to their ToS)

I wish people would stop trying to get everything for nothing. That way this kind of thing wouldn't happen anymore. If you see an offer like this that is too good to be true, than it probably is.

PayPal is a company and I think they are sensible enough to safe guard their name value. Or it will PayScam rather than PayPal. Imagine if most notorious terrorist sells some popular digital service via Paypal and makes money to bomb you. Whom would you consider responsible? "PAYPAL". Business does not give you a license to cheat others. I have and will ask for whois data from PrivacyProtect.org and keep my word. They will have to provide the requested information.

Good luck getting anything. He is a kid. Yeah his parents are liable for it, but, guess what? It is everyone who got scammed by him's fault for trying to get everything for nothing. Next time, go with an actual company that doesn't hide their whois data, that should be the first sign of a scam.
