I feel that category is the most important in directory.

    Free directories don't make so much money for owners/editors to spend time moving submissions to correct category. I have seen many SEO / directory submission services company submitting their websites to incorrect categories :) I would rather delete the entries and also ban their domains rather than moving to correct category..
