So I bought this software days ago and I still have recieved the product nor a response from support... The guy that is selling it has over 13k posts and I would think he wouldn't scam anyone on DP. Maybe he's busy maybe not? Do I care not at all if I buy a product I think the least I should recieve is a response. If you are selling a product you should get back to the customer within 24 hours!!! I am not happy at all.. If I dont recieve a response from him soon I guess ill have to file a complaint! What do you guys think? I just want to make it clear that I Feel Like I am BEING scammed! Not I am being scammed lol..
I think I know who you're referring to and he's a trustworthy member. He had trouble not so long ago but went on to explain he was snowed under with work and had fallen behind. It's not good manners to hold the product once you've received payment but I'm sure he has good explanation. Edit: I was wrong on the identity but he definitely is an honest member - one of the most reputable (you get my meaning). I deal with him too.
You r right !!.If i would have been in your place i would also be frustrated.But their must have been a problem otherwise a peron with 13k posts would not have done it.
There is a difference between reputable and active. People may have 200k posts, it still doesn't mean they are trustworthy - it just means they are active. On the other hand, people with high reputation says SOMETHING about if he is trustworthy or not. Always check iTrader stats with members you are dealing with before the deal, and look at past posts to see if there are any negative feedback on him or something else. In any case, this guy whoever he is, probably busy and i believe he will give you your product.
Well the point of the matter is I do believe he is trustworthy as he wont take my money and run. Yet like I said before if you are going to sell a product there should be support for it even if its 10 minutes a day checking emails... If one doesn't have time to check there email for 10 minutes a day then you shouldn't be running a business in the first place..
