    Between playing games and reviewing them it can consume a lot of time, I stopped playing games in general so I have more time for my other projects.


    Good editorial skills, Managing staff's submitted content etc...

    The staff are simply paid(and non-paid) gamers who are passionate about what they write about. They come from Fiverr hires to 'walk-ins' to friends.

    At it's prime IFLGames was a very small group of 3-5 gamers/article writers including myself.
