No offense, but you have a CTR of 44%. That is IMPOSSIBLE for any parked site. Anyone who used parking services would know that.

112 clicks from 278 visitors would be like a dream for me! I could retire if I have CTR's like that!

Looks like you have been clicking a lot on your own ads or have someone to do it for you.

the first idea came to me too. Like you bought a domain, click ads to increase value, then somebody buys it and all the clicks stop :D

Don't worry...they'll get you if you are doing something fishy.
Your results seem to be better than all the experienced webmasters and the experts and there doesn't seem to be a logical reason for it, unless you want us to believe that this domain over all the other 270 million registered around the world, just happens to be at the top of the SEO pool in it's first month of operation, and you just got lucky, because half of the people who visit this parked domain with no content are just magically driven to click the ads. Yet even though you have discovered the "Holy Grail" of CTR, you are still hustling domains for $70.
Now does that sound logical to you when you read it?
    Hardly seems worth the effort.

44% CTR is not unheard of. Lots of other red flags though.

Just last month, you said it was on auction, and the auction result shows that it was won and reserve was met. Are you saying it really DIDN'T sell and you still have the domain?

44% PPC is not unheard of, but there are other red flags on this name for sure. Why the hell would I pay 750€ for this name when it just closed on Sedo auction last month for $80? That obviously shows what you could get for it...it wouldn't be worth it to me to get it for any more than that, because you've shown nothing that says the traffic is NOT paid and will continue on the name.

    http://www.sedo.com/auction/auction_history.php?language=tr&auction_id=7763

Tell me that link is NOT the Sedo auction you linked to at the beginning of this thread that took place last month, that clearly shows your name ended at $80 WITH THE RESERVE MET. That means it's supposed to be a binding sale. If you instead are not selling it to the winner of that auction, it's only a matter of time before Sedo deletes your account. You can't just ignore an auction on your own domain that you started...you obviously started it yourself given the beginning of this thread, so you can't play stupid and pretend it didn't take place. If you are truly of the belief that you can put the name on auction there but are not obligated to sell it to the auction winner, then why can we take you seriously here?
