    Hi brothers and their sisters,
On working days I have lot of traffic on my site but it only makes $10-$12 every day from adsense. While on sunday i have less traffic from google but google pays more on sunday around $18 -$25 . This is quite interesting. Does anyone else also experiencing this?

Its strange. Maybe people do have time for ads. All they want in weekdays is the information. weekends might be of more research traffic rather than work traffic.
    Nice topic though!

    cheers

different niche converts differently. visitors in certain niche browse more during the weekends than they do during weedays. thats just the way it is

There is nothing any reason but I think in the weekends traffic may get increased.
That's why you get less pay in working days.

I think in Sunday you get the potential visitor. People moves through the Internet in Sunday for their particular need.

They may click on your ads and you get the extra revenue in that day.

    Good luck.

Well I think its not so. Actually on working days there are lot clicks and there is lot of earnings so google eat all for themselves during working days. While on sunday they say "let publishers earn the whole money" as there will not be much traffic and clicks on Sunday.

Most of the people are free on Sunday as comparison to other days. You should have at least try some new methods of placing ads on your website/blog i usually place my ads on the right side of the logo 728X90 it gives me around $10-$15 and i keep experimenting with adsense. You should also try new methods and ad formats.

Has nothing to do with Google, it's the Advertisers.

surprised at the lack of knowledge of people on DP! Has anyone ever used the reverse of adsense? to be a true adsense publisher i suggest people experiment with Adwords and get a view from the other side.

Advertisers bid at different rates for diff days depending on products.

People spend more money on Weekend "especially payday weekends", so advertiser increase their bid amounts.

While during the week day "during work hours" people are less likely to purchase and mostly windows shopping". So advertisers bid less.

How many time have you seen something you wanted online while at work. made a mental note, then purchased it during the weekend "after you got paid"?

Some advertiser even bid higher on particular day "Pay Days, Holidays, Etc".

I personally have a Adwords campaign that i turn on only on the the weekends around 1st and 15th "American typical Paydays", and i turn them off during the week, because i don't want windows shoppers 'with out money" clicking on my ads just to browse around or check prices.

Know you niche, know you advertisers, and know you Seasons "all niches have seasons, they may be yearly, quarterly, monthly of weekly"

On the Adsense side, i also levarge my Adsense trends "look at your report", and gauge the time frames people click more. during those time frame I increase Adsense placements and earn more, then revert back to regular placement off season.

Also look at your niche and seasons and consider adding higher paying affiliate offers in place of Adsense.
