    Hi,

Last week, I was so happy that all my articles keeps on appearing on the first page of Google search. I'm just wondering why all of a sudden, my new posts do not seem to appear to google anymore. My traffic are now coming only from my links from social news websites. Any advise?

    Thanks,
    Ian

most likely your blog is younger then 6 months. and this is what happens to all new blogs.

PS. dont be suprised to see your blog posts reindexed in a couple days/weeks

If you're not using sitemap, you should add it, also start sharing your articles in different social bookmarking sites, hope it will help you to get indexed faster.

Article directories are updated timely and new articles are cached by robot and articles are visible in result pages. To maintain the rankings you need to promote your website constantly because everybody want their resource on top page.

Agreed with previous ones, use backlink and try also deep linking from social websites to your niche articles :) Has helped me...

    Thanks to everyone.

My blog is two years old but I wasn't actively using it. I just reactivated it less than a month ago. Here's what I've been doing:

-Passing my articles to social bookmarking sites (except Digg and Shoutwire who banned my account, don't know why)
-Blogging topics from Google Hot Trends
    -Joining forums such as this

One more question, how do you define back links? :) Is it as simple as putting your URL in a post like this or commenting on other blogs with your URL?
