I don't want to have Coop on exactly ALL my indexed pages

Can someone explain why I sometime gets a "Ads not found on http://www.handlemistakes.com/Trouble_scenarios_and_mistake_situations.htm" and sometimes a green message? On my site handlemistakes.com, I have some real .htm pages that I can't post the coop code on(and aren't interested in it either). Why do I have to get penalized for this??

From what I have read they have to be sitewide or restricted to a specific folder.

It's either the complete site, or just a directory. If it's not too many pages with out them, just re-validating can get you back in.

I sometimes have the same problem when it tries to validate my xml feeds.
As Nintendo says....just keep revalidating until it does.

too late, I deleted my coop ads, for the main section.

Now I have put them in the forum section.

Anyway, the forum page is PR4 and it got many PR3 and PR2 pages within. I hope that the weight will be higher than 23 this time.
