sorry to ask another noob question, still new to wordpress. This is my question.

let's say for example i have contributors and one editor. I want my editor to publish my contributors' articles when he thinks the articles are good enough. But from editor area, he can also manage my (admin) posts. Then how to change it? I don't want my editor to be able to edit the admin posts, only the others.

*edited: another question: usually we login using domain.com/wp-admin/, if for example i want to customize it to domain.com/admin/, can we?
