Thanks I'm not being accused of doing it against her will, I live in Idaho and it's one of few states where you have to be 18 to do *anything* sexual. She legaly has no consent so even if it's not against her will it's legaly rape. Well, thanks everyone for your support I REALLY need it
I'm not familiar with american law, but can't you just flea to another state? Anyways, I would suggest deciding what you want to do when you get out of jail and buy some books and get informed in the subject. The best thing you can do is start your own business with your family (they will not judge you just because you were in the slammer) and this way you don't have to put up with anyone's crap.

What also puzzles me is why you admitted it in the first place? Unless it was on the advice of a lawyer, of course. It seems to me that there's a little more to this, no? I suggest you think long and hard before you decide whether or not to answer those questions. Who knows? There may be a reason to confiscate your computer for further investigations. Who said I ever admitted to it? And they are saying she performed it on me. Also they did confiscate one of my computers but it took a week for them to log it into evidence so it's unuseable and I was forced to give it to them without a warrent therefore they cannot use it and I could file a lawsuit. They screwed up on this case so much. Also, I'm not saying wether or not I'm innocent on this forum just for the fact that's it's not good to discuss.
Yeah, I'm just talking to people here for moral support. lol, I just saw that they messed up on some of their evidence and I can prove it from the property reciept I have. Also, I figured I should tell why I won't say if I'm innocent or guilty here because some people may have assumptions. The reason has nothing to do with wether or not I am guilty but because either one I say people will say things either like "You should've thought about that" or "than you have nothing to worry about" and that's not the kind of thing I wanna read. I think the biggest issue about being convicted is not the jail sentence but being recorded in the sexual predator database which can be quite a big black mark to your name.

Get a good laywer. Have him point out that your attending school and getting good grades. Do community service and just maybe you might beable to get a plea bargain. Depending on how serious the crime was you may get 2-5 years of probation and several hundred hours of community service. Make sure your laywer can have your felony charges erased from your record if you complete school, complete your community service, and stay clean. A lawyer in this situation will be worth it. Also if this is the first time you have been in trouble you are more than likely going to get probation. But while your on probation you will be a felony/sex offender. Good luck to you man.

On a useless information point, I can tell you that had it happened in the uk, the age of consent is 16 and not 18.
