I dont understand Google PR

    i really dont get pr.. what is it based on??
    how can a page/article that is posted just today can get PR3 ??

    I think there might be an error with your toolbar.
    It often happens that when i am on a page which is , let's say, PR3 and click on a link which has PR N/A, it still shows PR3, the PR of the referrer page.
