I don't trust it - to high ctr

I use adsense now for almost a year. I'm not earning thousands with it but enough to make some extra pocket money and to buy some stuff.
In my first day i have a clik trhu rate of 0,xx the last weeks i have read some tutorials and my ctr was in the second rage of x. But the last days i have ctr stats high in the xx range. An increasing of my ctr of almost 800%.
I don't know if i have to report it to google. They have all the tools they need to see if there has been happened click fraud on my site.
Anyway as you can see the blog in my signature is related to hyips, i have also a dutch blog related to hyips and even on this blog my ctr has increased with 500%. However the ctr on my other blogs stays equal. I think that a hyip administrator is constantly clicking of another hyip ad appearing on my site. Do you think that submitting this to google is the best way to stop this or are there other ways. I have had never any problems with adsense untill now. It's almost Xmas and i can use the money.

It doesn't hurt to submit a invalid clicks form, if there is something fishy going on Google will know already, but if you report it at least they should be less likely to ban you for it. If everything is ok, then no harm was done.

My site which is three months old was in the last three weeks was getting a high ctr of 150% and on one day upto 600%.The revenue also increased from below one dollar to $10 and on two days to $17 and $14.7.All this rise happened in a span of 3 to 4 weeks.I reported this to google and after 7 hours,i got a mail from them informing that my account is suspended .I have made an appeal to them. I have no idea whether anyone who is not known to me has committed any fraud clicks.Anyone have any idea whether what will be the outcome. It is very unfortunate that we have no protection aganst some one who willfully fraud clicks advertisements on our sites to get us banned.Members views are
    expected on this issue
