The layout and design is not bad but I have no idea what the site is about, you should have some text on the page describing what you are offering.
Yes it is much too vague. You definitely need text to tell people what the offers are. You'll need a lot more content to be able to get any kind of search engine traffic.
You need to tell people what the site is about, toward the bottom you have a block that says "How it works", but that's it ... no description, no link to a page with more info, nothing. You may also want to tell people what they are signing for.
