I don't remember the VCC number of my Paypal account, is this a problem ?

    No one here would know your VCC number except for you. VCC's also aren't the option to use with PayPal.

    They can ask you for a credit card statement for verification purposes in which you would be unable to provide.

    yes paypal will ask you for the CARD number when you will change your password or account info like security answer... and if you cant provide them with the card number, then just know your done over paypal because paypal will think the card was stolen or fraudment...

    VCC is for personal,cannot disclose to other.so paypal wont ask you the vcc.Unless you add a new card with new vcc to that card.

    do you have a VCC added on your paypal? if you do, then please try change your security answers and let me know whether it asked you for the CC number or not.... because everytime i try to change mine, it ask me for my CC number.... and my paypal is indian paypal...
