    If you can login into your account then you can see them from your profile and can change them to what you can remember. But if you can't login to your account and you have forgotten your password also, then its better to call them and let them help you.

    well I gave my name in a wrong format and I also forgot my pin, I started using my account after 1 year I registered... I asked them to correct my problems and it was a procedure of 1-2 hours mailing, very impressive support not like paypal makes me wait for days, weeks after a limit and nothing is good enough for them...

    You can reset your pin and security question after you log in if u know your password.
