I don't know who it is?

I got two of these messages on one day but I don't know who is doing it.
Is that fair because I don't know what I can do to fix it. The message is below:

It has come to our attention that invalid clicks or impressions have
been generated on the Google ads on your site(s) through users of
third-party programs paid or provided with other incentives to visit
your site. Such programs include, but are not limited to auto-surf,
    pay-to-surf, pay-to-read, or pay-to-click sites.

Please bear in mind that if we continue to detect invalid clicks or
impressions from these services on your ads, we may disable your
account to protect our advertisers. In addition, we may adjust your
future payments for any days during which invalid clicks occurred in
order to properly credit advertisers for any invalid activity.

We understand that you may wish to receive specific information
regarding the invalid activity we observed on your account. However,
due to the proprietary nature of our algorithm, we cannot disclose any
details about how our monitoring technology works or what specifics we
    found on your account.

As a reminder, any method of generating invalid clicks or impressions
is strictly prohibited by our Terms and Conditions and program policies

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdSense Team

The weird thing is that I don't have any clicks for the month on may and I started in april, grand total clicks: 37. Do you thing I'm not being credited for clicks?

If you using php hosting and have cpanel. You check your origin of traffic. From there you can see whether anybody or you yourself had included your website in auto-surf, pay-to-surf, pay-to-read, or pay-to-click sites.

I think I figured it out. I've be fixing and adding things to my blog and usually click the preview button to see how the changes are coming...which is generating page impressions. I just need to remove adsense when i'm editing or not preview my changes so frequently.

That's not true. You can have impressions from your IP, that is not a problem! It would be hell to have to take Adsense off every time you want to edit your website.

Check your server log for referrals and see where traffic is coming from. If everything looks fine, you should probably install Adlogger to protect against click bombs, fraud clicks, etc.

After checking the numbers and I think you have a point Fka200. There were too many impression compared to the preview views after editing from me. Adlogger is the way to go.
