    yes you can, but contribute to the forums first, it's just courtesy. :)

    'contribute' doesn't necessarily mean only solving people's problems and answering questions. 'contribute' includes participating in a discussion/argument and putting forward your own ideas. (typed this because i got a PM once asking how to contribute "if i have little knowledge on every subject")
