i don't know where is the best place and colors?and someone give a advice?

the left and right columns look good and blend well.. the middle unit might do better above the map if you're willing to bombard your visitors with ads

 

ledt and right looks too spammy for me...better to put it on the left side alone...cuase generally all navigation is in the left...

 

Left would be the first place the user sees (reading from the left to right). Right would be the last, you decide I would chose left.

 

One image ads and one for text ads...will look great!

 

Try to shift the leftads below he China investment news and the right hand also respectively.
