I dont know when can i use all features at DP?

    And i found i cant edit my signature and cannot post in some sections...
    When can i make all done?

    shawn really just make a script that, if a user has <25 posts, teh link to the FAQ will float in front of the screen and cannot be dismissed, in size 72 font.
