You have an interesting site BUT!!! what do you want your visitors to do? Give them 2 options and less than half will do what you really want them to do. Show them a busy page like yours and you will be lucky if even a few percent do what you want You should ideally give them just 2 choices - do what you want or leave. My suggestion is that you should capture their details with an optin by giving them something of value for free - then afterwards take them to your fancy home page. That way you can prepare (and split test!) follow up messages to convert them to prospects then customers. You need check on Google Analytics that what pages are giving you bounce rate and on what page are the visitors spending time... after you this check which keyword lead them to the website and then try to concentrate on two keywords first. I would say, your boss absolutely Right,Because i think he is targeting US visitors not an India. You have to concentrate World wide in SEO, Do Forum posting using your targeted keywords.
