I dont know what google is up to but it isnt funny anymore

Im now getting on occasion 1 ad show up per unit (when there should be 4)
Also that 1 ad that shows up the text is HUGE!!!! Also that ad has nothing to do with the content of my site. I have recieved just 1 click today when im normally at about 15 to 20 or so this time of day..
Please accept me Yahoo!!

could it be a ad that pays by the impressions?

hmmmm, I've noticed a drop in adsense revenue over the last few days too. Same problem probably.

At least I'm comforted by the thought that if I'm making less money, so is Google. They'll fix it.

Well... if you do a run ads on a given site... you will get the whole banner to yourself, even if text. The minimum Google charges in Adwords is $2/CPM. The funny thing is, there is no way of knowing how this factors into CTR... because I feel it's unfair to be paid only based on CTR while Google is making CPM.

My click through rate dropped 1% so far today and I wondered why. 1% is a very BIG percentage in my world. I see one particular site running single ads. It appears they may have purchased CPM on my site.

The only way to rid yourself of those is to domain block the ones you don't think are good matches for your site.

In other views though, I have previously seen single ads on my site and I knew it was going to be a good day, cause my payout was more. But today is looking really really sad unless Google's data is not in sync for reporting purposes.

 

I have been getting few cents for ad unit impressions from digital point. I observed that its 1 cent per 10 impressions.. its around figure.

Thats all because Yahoo and MSN a geering up. Yahoo has 20.800.000.000 websites in their engine as of today and I guess that's what causes the disturbance.

I hope not... one of my sites is an active forum, and I'm sure I generate several hundred pageviews per day myself...

 

Although I have actually seen an increase in the last two weeks, how do we know google isn't just taking more of a cut since they don't disclose the split?
