I'm not 100% on what you are asking, but you can recreate the site in a hidden location, make sure everything is working, and then activate it.

Put up a static landing page on your new hosting after you have changed the name servers for your domain. On the static page state that the site is temporarily unavailable and also include a small paragraph description about the site. Make sure you still cover your SEO bases. Next, make sure all of your internal links 301 to the main temporary index. This will have all of your traffic viewing the temporary landing page. After that, begin transferring your photos and website to the new hosting. Once the website is in place, remove the temporary page and the 301 redirect for all links.

From what I described in my previous post, this should preserve your rank in SERPs. Just make sure to get your site back up and running as quickly as you can.
