I don't have PayPal account, how to pay PayPal users?

    Hey

I won a bid on a great site sold at the marketplace here. But in the end, i'm asked to pay the owner with PayPal. It's impossible since PayPal doesn't offer service to the country in SE Asia where I live. So it's sold to someone else.

This is just one of the countless obstracles I encounter. I must find a way to send money to PayPal users. Do you know any? Please...

I'm thinking of hiring or partnering with one verified PayPal user who has good profile. First I wire-transfer money to his/her bank account. Second, this partner will deduct his commission fee from the deposit. I'll then ask this partner to pay the sellers. Balance is kept with the partner until i have new transactions. Whenever i wire-transfer deposit to him, he then deduct his commission and update my balance.

What do you think of this model? Do you think i'm taking the whole risk? Each transaction can run as low as $10 to as much as $10,000.

    Thanks!
    Neo

Not the whole SE Asia region, just this little country now ticked 27 years from "Year Zero."

I think i can trust the 'partner' if he has good profile like having bought and sold high-valued sites. Or the 'partner' has good reviews at ebay something like that.

Which country are you from ? usually if you have a credit card, you should be able to pay the other party.

yes i have credit cards, but nobody accepts it when the sum is more than $1000. It's because the card holder can charge back. The other party believes they've got higher risk, because i'm not from the same country.

PayPal does not accept my credit cards. They're restrictive to the countries in their coverage too.

If you are going to be selling sites up to $10000 then it's worth looking at other methods like a wire transfer.

I believe if you are buying or selling above $500, you probably best to use escrow instead.

If the site sellers thought so, I would be happy. But they insist everything paypal for most transactions under $2000, especially the $50-200 turnkey sites.

It is my advise you to open first paypal account.

It needs only credit card and simple form to fill up.

    E-mail Id is must.
Transactions are very fast and cheapest rate.

How about using a Visa Debit Card - eg. money is irreversibly transferred straight from your bank account to their PayPal account.

    Thanks everyone for input.

I've hired ppl at www.myus.com to do the 3rd-party shopping for me through paypal and even check. Plus I've got an US address to forward mails and packages here.

    Damn good...

how bout an invoice through paypal? You don't need an account to pay an invoice via paypal. Or maybe through another payment processor such as Google Checkout?

I dont think its a good idea to go for such a partnership when you will be making such high value transactions.
Look for other options of payment.

You can buy a verified US paypal account or you can sign up for a US paypal account by yourself

My advise would be to :

1/ Get a US address from a mailforwarder
2/ Get a US bank account and US credit/debit card ( verify, lift your account limits and withdraw your money )
3/ buy a VPS or a good VPN ( the US IP must be from the same region as your US address )
4/ sign up for a US paypal account with your own real personal informations and your US address you got from the mailforwarder.
5/ verify it with your US bank account and US card
6/ In case paypal asks for proof you can send scans of your own ID and paper statements

That's not the easiest way but it's certainly among the safest if you want to keep your paypal for long term and do multiple transactions

If you need help just ask
