I don't have a mobile-friendly website, what should I do?

Everyone above is correct in checking out responsive web design. I'm a big fan of Twitter Bootstrap - a large library of prebuilt website components (from buttons to image sliders, etc.) - why pay someone to build something when it's already been built? My opinion only, but I would advise your web developer to use Bootstrap if you're not technically savvy.
