Hello again guys. Im sure by now you know I've posted several items since im so new to adsense. But anyways I've done alot to try to improve my blog and the thing is, I've only gotten 20 cents for all of it. Now I understand it takes time, but im curious how do people make money with this program?

Any feedback will be great! :)

    1) You have to spend a lot of time in oder to fully understand what is going on.
    2) Organic traffic is the key here.
    3) More web traffic = more cash.
    4) Try to offer something unique to get repeating visitors.
    5) You need luck.

Blogs themselves are notorious for low earnings. With so many Blogs out there, you really need to put a lot of effort into yours to properly develop it for good AdSense income.

Zinruss just about has it sussed. Traffic = clicks = money.
You need lots of original content in your blog. Try and put good keywords in your post titles and throughout the body of your text. The more you update your blog, the more Google crawl it looking for new stuff and the better it performs in the SERPs. Ideally, you want as much traffic as possible coming in from the search engines.

My advice is to create a blog that is unique, has highly worthwhile content of genuine value to your readership and is presented in as professional a manner as possible - good design, clear layout, easy to use etc; treat it like you would your business' website... there's nothing worse than "just another blogger blog" with a standard template, stuffed full of cut & paste drivel with adsense all over the place.

Be original, be a pro and keep your finger on the pulse ;)

Thanks for the wonderful advice guys. Basically, since this week alone I've added a custom banner, and a few other things, such as a button or two, including a "delicious" ad button, and a feedster readers list. Im using a standard template becuase it seems like all the ones that I've found that are custom don't support the "Page Elements" page on Blogger. I've also got an issue becuase alot of the stuff I added stretches beyond the page limit which makes it look a bit tacky.
See for yourself, I need all the help I can get, and I know you guys are good at this stuff..
