Rules I dont get it , please explain

Guys dont take this as im complaining because im not , just seeking an answer.

3 days ago i created a thread selling some blog posts, the said thread is now on page 14 of the link sales forum.

Im now selling the same thing again, so obviously the description etc is going to be the same . Im not aloud to bump a thread (or from what i understand the thread wont bump anyway ? )

So what is the correct way of doing it ? Ive just posted a very slightly different thread and received an infraction for it and the thread was deleted .

As i said im not complaining, you guys can run your forum how you like but id just like to know the best way to accomplish selling the same thing over and over again with out being banned or infractions being given out.

Obviously we dont want to waste each others time.

 

You have this thread from two days ago on page 4:

and a duplicate thread created 45 minutes ago which was deleted by a moderator.

from the rules:

"Duplicate Threads - Do not create more than one thread to promote your product or service (this includes modified titles or content that still refer to your same items). If you wish to draw attention to a "buried" thread, create a link to that thread in your personal signature. Duplicate threads will be deleted, and duplicate thread or spamming (5-point) infractions will be given."

 

I can see that thread on page 13/14

which for a 2 day old thread i cant see many people searching that far down imo.

But non the less as i said its up to you lot how you run your forum. Guess ill have to live with it.

Feel free to close the thread , i dont think there is any need for anymore people telling me the same thing which normally happens lol .

The thread is shown on your page 13 because you have your threads sorted by Last Post Time, and not Thread Start Time.
