I did't Get PIN CODE

    I using adsense from last 9 month and now i have 80$ But right now Not getting any pin code from google. I allready Submitted tax information & Payment section.

    Also I not seen any Link For REQUEST FOR PIN CODE in Payment History Section.

    What i do NOW?

    have you got the letter from google containing PIN?

    I have reached $10,5 days ago,Still cant find the box for tax information?can you tell me,how long it took you to get the box after reaching $10?
