    just i got blocked one my URL , i didnt creat Robot.txt is it the reason for blocking URL from google ?

    Probably not. There are many websites out there with no robots.txt and they dont get blocked. They probably found you using tricks not allowed by them

    by not creating a robots.txt you didn't do anything bad, the search engine spider will check your site for robots.txt and if he won't find one he will spider all your site
