I did some WOW researches

    I did some researches for 12 of my website. And discovered that :


    1. I got 20x times more traffic from Forums then from Search Eengines
    2. The traffic from SE produces around 100x times more sales then traffic from forums

    Is this a wow?!


    What about you ?! So search engines really is a must to be for a every market!

    i think this is expected,

    SE traffic is targetted, they want to find your site

    FOrums traffic is curious and forced traffic

    That really has to depend on which forums. If it's DP or other webmaster-related forums, you will get a lot of people just checking the competition, even if you have stuff that interests other webmasters.

    I think people in forum mode are less likely to spend. I notice the same phenomena when visitors come from social bookmarking sites. They want to relax and read, and then move on.
