I live in texas and I applied for anothe sales tax permit about 20 days ago and sent everything in. I have not recieved anything back yet, we did everything necessary as I have done this before. The business is a partnership. I sent an email 2 days ago to the Texas sales permit department stuff and i had no answer. What is the best way to go about solving this?
That quite surprising,normally will get the reply within 10 business day. Maybe now is near the end of the year and their employee is busy to catch up with the accounting matter. You should try call them up coz as i know,it take long time to reply to the email even if you ask a simple question at the email
