I designed my site with all html, it has some dynamic (runtime) effects. pls. review http://Rapidflick.blogspot.com
1.) You need a new logo. Something catchy. (NOT ANIMATED!!) 2.) Content is too sparse. There's nothing that looks interesting enough for me to want to click on. 3.) The colors are all over the place. Pick a 2-3 color scheme and stick with it. Google "Adobe Kuler" and download it. It can help you can find a good color scheme. You have to make readers WANT to stay on the site. As it stands... It only took me about 5 seconds to realize I wanted to close the browser. If you're going to put adsense on your site... DONT MAKE THE ADS POP OUT like that. You need to make the ads blend in with the content of the site. I cant count how many times I clicked on a Google ad because I thought it was link to another page on the site. And thats what your goal should be. Make your ads blend in more. And dont put so many up. Too many ads is an immediate turn off. Hope some of this helps. Good luck.
I am planning on helping people here in digital point for a long time . I would suggest that you finish that website first, so i can review it. So far, your website looks under construction. But, I believe that its going to be nice website. I can't wait to see it. Let me know if you are done. I will gladly review your website and give you helpful tips if needed.
I am really hoping that you want honest criticism of your site because I am not going to be kind. Not even a little bit. In fact, if you do not want honest critique I suggest you stop reading right now. Still here? Ok, good, then you really do want to learn. 1) What on Earth are you doing with the color scheme? It looks like a paint factory exploded all over your site. The colors are not complementary and do nothing to help convey professionalism and consistency. 2) Tons of ads scatterd all over the place. Set up a few locations for ad space and stick with it. 3) Layout is way off in Firefox. Nothing is centered or in columns and it shifts all over the place. 4) Is that really content there? You may want to consider offering something original and worth while. 5) I would never stay on your site long enough to care about what you are presenting. It really needs a ton of work before it is ready for the real world. Sorry.
i think u need a prof. design , u can work more and use other site's design for creat ur own design. thanks.
First off I want to say, I am going to give you a nice review , but please don't take any of them personally, just as constructive critism. 1. I honestly believe you need to do a complete rework of the site. It does not comply with new Web 2.0 standards at all. It seems 1 dimensional, flat, plan and no really popping or nice images. 2. You can tell that this site was meant for ads and that is the only purpose of the site, (which is fine) but if you are going to do them, try to incorperate them into the site a little better, instead of having some dark purple on white background, with a bright pink banner at the top. Try to sort of blend the things into each other a bit better. 3. You need a new navigation structure. The one you have now is off to the right hand side going across the page, if you are going to use a horizontial menu it needs to be at least centered or on the left at the top. 4. Maybe try to categories things a bit better instead of having some stuff here and some stuff there, it makes it easier for users to be able to nav. through the site. Once again, please take this as constructive critism only. If you need any other ideas, tips, or thoughts please let me know be more than happy to give some more pointers.
It doesnt come across as a site to navigate easily, to get to the blog itself I have to scroll past loads of adverts and other stuff. If I had stumbled across your site I would of left pretty quickly Im afraid. The site needs a better layout definatly.
