I designed a layout in photoshop, how do i code it with dreamweaver?

    I created a layout with login and search boxes, but how do I make them useable on the site? I am using dreamweaver, and I sliced the boxes. Any code I can use is welcome. I use mySQL with phpMyAdmin for my logins. Please email me at:
