I deleted Wordpress. I have the backup and I want to restore. Now what?

    Yes, I'm stupid, I deleted my WP install by accident. Please, don't ask. I have the backup from yesterday and I want to restore it. Now what do I do?

    Any help would be great.

    Contact your host and ask if you're able to do the restore yourself, or if they have to

    Alternately, decompress the files/db, and upload them manually

    if the backup is on your pc, you could FTP all files back into place, and restore you database either via cpanel or via phpmyadmin.
