    My dad used to be a heavy smoker but he had since given up the habit. When I asked him the question on what motivates him to quit, he just said, “I want to grow up to old age and have the chance to play with my grandchildren” :)

    I was a smoker too. I've stop completely. It was tough in the beginning but now its ok with me.

    If you feel like you can't stop smoking, do one thing, and read this book http://allencarr.com/central/. I know it sounds weird and you may think a book cannot change your mind. If you really want to quit smoking, sit down for 5 hours straight and read this book from beginning to end. It will brainwash you.

    I was one of the biggest skeptics until I read it. Haven't smoked since, and I read the book while smoking.

    seriously u need to stop completely,my own experience tell, try on reduce, try on delay, try on mixing with none smoker and so many try ....
    Success when i get sick and can't smoke for two week ...
