I created new PHP system

    Hello.
    Usually I don't create php systems, but I created this system -,-

    This is File-Uploading system.
    I made control panel too, but i disabled most of it from security reasons.

    Username: omer
    Password: 12345
    Personal code: 1234


    Please tell me what you think about this thing, and if you find things that I can improve, please tell me ^_^
