    I created a blog on word press and blogger, Does it matter if the content is the same?

    I am confuse if this strategy make sense to rank my keywords?

    If this is not effective way, what is the best way and how?

    Can you elaborate to me please.

    Search engines like unique content. I wouldn't recommend posting duplicate articles/posts on multiple websites.

    If creating unique content for multiple websites is difficult. Try alternating the publish dates for different posts. Post on one site today, then the other tomorrow with a different article.

    Duplicated articles will create search engines to perceive either one is being copy and paste.

    It can be penalized by Google. You can use article spinner software in this situation.

    It obviously involves duplicate content issue and according to Google panda algorithm there are chances that both blogs may get affected.

    Just rewrite the content for one of your blogs - don't just do a small spin but completely rework the whole post/article.

    Even if Google didn't frown upon duplicate content it makes no sense to have the same content on 2 of your own sites. You can still optimise them for the same keywords, especially LSI keywords to help your rankings.

    I personally wouldn't bother with Blogger, but if you don't want to shut it down you could publish a teaser paragraph and then a link for people to follow to your Wordpress blog to read the full article.
