Two days ago i created 50 dofollow backlinks through blog comments in 5-6 hours, when i started to make backlinks my 150 pages was indexed in google but now only 90 pages indexed. Also traffic from Google effected. is there any problem if we create backlinks on non-niche related blogs. Reply, sorry for bad english
When the PR of your pages increases Google starts strict checking. The deindexed pages are no doubt the duplicate ones found in strict checking. It does not mean that your content is copied. It simply means that same content is available via many links ( if it is blog then you must know clearly why )
This happen when you do link building. Keep wait every things will be normal again , but it will take time.
Search Engine will gives less importance to your back links because you have not created theme based links. There is no problem if you are not creating theme base links but search engine will give less importance.

I may suggest that 50 backlinks from blog comments are quite a lot for one day. Besides, if you used the same anchor text everywhere is suppose that you've got a penalty.
its dangerous if u keep using same anchor on blog comments... try vary ur anchor . . . maybe its useful . .
I would guess you need links from different sources - articles, directories, blogs, other websites, forums etc - 50 blog comments in one day doesn't look natural.
I doubt its because of your backlinking. Pages gets de-indexed all the time especially when there are duplicate content detected by G
Make sure that the backlinks are from a relevant source. Non-related blog backlinks are not that useful.
I also do not think it will be penalized. Probably give it a few days for it to settle down. However, you might want to spread across a few days for doing backlinks instead of one whole chunk at a time. It could lead to link farming suspicion.
